Notes:
Build:
Arielle is a toned, somewhat muscular Elezen woman.
Details:
Having lived in three of the Eorzean Alliance's city-states at some point in her life, Arielle is familiar enough with their general culture and locales, and won't hesitate to ask for assistance from any of the guilds for advice.
Arielle is currently training as a Sage in Old Sharlayan, though she does have expertise in engineering and metalworking and uses that in capacity as a tradeswoman. She is no stranger to working to gather materials either, especially in the wake of the Firmament's restoration processes.Echo: Omniglot
The Echo manifests in Arielle in a rather minor fashion compared to others with the gift. Rather than augment any of her physical or atherial capabilities, the Elezen is capable of understanding multiple languages -- one could possibly say every language, but she hasn't tested it herself. It helps whether gleaning rumors from foreign lands, or simply listening to one's drunken rambling. As a drawback from how powerful her language skills are, the Elezen woman lacks the ability to see visions with the Echo.
Skills/Hobbies:
Arielle is an apprentice in several Disciplines of the Land and Hand, though she has a particular focus on smithing (for engineering purposes) and alchemy (for non-magical medicines). Her current nouliths were designed by herself, based on old Allagan technology.
On her off time, the Elezen could be found fishing, as it is something she considers relaxing, even when it comes to getting some of the bigger catches.

History

Arielle was born in the Black Shroud to Phillibert Leblanc, a God's Quiver bowsman who would become an Elite Serpent officer, and Allegra Benenati, a former Ishgardian squire. The Leblanc family was well known for having generations of bowsmen join the God's Quiver, and even from a young age Arielle was fascinated with the art, aspiring to be the kind of hero her father was considered amongst the citizens of Gridania. Her father would eventually be recruited into the newly-reformed Order of the Twin Adders, one of the three Grand Companies that made up the Eorzean Alliance in the oncoming battle against Garlemald. Shortly thereafter, he would perish in the wake of the Seventh Umbral Calamity, and Allegra passed away some moons later, leaving Arielle orphaned.

History

Having grown jaded with Gridanian's strict rules, especially when the Elementals refused to let the healers aid her mother, Arielle would soon depart for Ul'dah to begin her career as an adventurer. There, she would join the Pugilist's guild, while using her experience to take on adventuring jobs. There, she would meet fellow Pugilist Rymmwyda, as well as a Maurauder named Stella Lalette, and the three became fast friends, despite how often they butted heads.Eventually, Ari would move to Vylbrand, serving a short stint in the Maelstrom while also picking up smithing from Naldiq & Vymelli. When word that the Holy See of Ishgard was opening its gates to all once more, she would also take on apprenticeship in the Skysteel Manufactory and earning a reputation for her rapid understanding of engineering.

History

After marrying Stella in a private ceremony, the trio of Arielle, Stella, and Rymmwyda would join the Ishgardian-based Free Company known as the Fury's Gaze. It was then that Arielle had learned of her relation to its leader, Foster Arjerm, and she would serve on a number of combat missions under their banner.During a mission in Thavnair, however, Arielle would experience a life-changing event that would set her on a new course: To use her skills as an engineer to help others in need. With the help of one Olivara Reinhart, she would soon become a student in Sharlayan, wanting to train in the arts of soumanoutics.
